Our Commitment to the Environment

Our planet is a precious place and we believe in protecting it as best we can. At Seed & Sprout we proudly employ a number of initiatives to make sure that we do just that.

Our products are delivered in eco-friendly packaging, including biodegradable water-activated tape, recyclable kraft tape, FSC-certified geami paper, recyclable jiffy bags, compostable shipping labels, and mailers made from compostable materials or ocean-bound plastic.

All orders are shipped entirely plastic free (woohoo!)

Every step of our process is designed to reduce waste and create a positive, planet-friendly unboxing experience.

Eco friendly packaging

From the outset, our products are developed with their end of life in mind:

  • Our products are designed to be long lasting - we use materials like glass and stainless steel rather than plastic.
  • Spare parts are provided to extend the life cycle of our products.
  • Some of our range is compostable: like our cleaning and personal care range.
  • Our Bar range aims to leave nothing behind - a natural product that you use up until it's gone!

We offer a Take Back Program for our silicone products that have reached the end of their life cycle and they are recycled through Terracycle.

At Seed & Sprout, giving back is part of who we are. We believe sustainability goes beyond our products and extends to how we support people, care for the planet, and help shape a more hopeful future.

In 2026, we committed to a more intentional approach to giving by donating up to $5,000 each month to a rotating selection of charities and initiatives that align with our values.
